We are pleased to announce the successful Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of an oral liquid filling line for our customer in Tajikistan.
During the FAT, the filling line was tested with different bottle sizes to verify its performance and format changeover capability. A key requirement of this project was to use one filling line for multiple bottle specifications, providing greater flexibility for the customer's production.
The filling line is designed to accommodate different bottle formats, allowing the customer to switch between bottle sizes without purchasing separate production lines.
This flexible solution helps maximize equipment utilization, reduce production space requirements and, most importantly, minimize the customer's overall equipment investment and production costs.
The successful FAT confirmed that the filling line meets the agreed technical requirements and is ready for delivery to the customer's facility in Tajikistan.
