Features

• Control system meets operation requirements of production process, and automatic control of online cleaning, sterilization, material transfer, etc. can be realized. Relevant parameters of preparation system can be monitored and recorded in real time, to ensure quality tracking and tracing.
• After detailed design and before construction, the whole system will be three-dimensional designed according to layout offield equipment.

• Sterile preparation system
  Sterile preparation system includes large volume injection, powder injection, small volume injection, eye drops, water injection, etc.
  Main functions include concentrated preparation, decarbonizing filtration, diluted preparation, sterile storage, aseptic filtration, material transfer, heating/cooling, CIP/SIP and control system.
• Extraction preparation system
  Extraction preparation system includes extraction, enrichment, cold storage, water sink/alcohol sink, centrifugation, heating/cooling, material transfer, CIP/SIP and control system.
• Cream and eye ointment preparation system
  Cream and eye ointment preparation system includes material preparation, aqueous phase, oil phase, homogenization/emulsification, heating/cooling, material transfer, CIP/SIP and control system.
